Working with me, my therapy unfolds in two parts:
Part One: Healing Emotional Wounds
We begin by addressing the emotional pain that brought you into therapy. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship and work with all the different parts of your inner world
Part Two: Creating Your Vision
Once the pain is eased, we’ll work together to design a blueprint for your future, a “wheel of wellness” to guide you in seven key areas of life: health, relationships, career and professional growth, finances, meaning and spirituality, creativity, and contributions to others. This plan will help you live in alignment with your dreams and purpose.

Here are some of the tools I use:
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS helps us understand that the mind is made up of different “parts,” each with its own role. This approach creates compassion and harmony within.
The Compassion Key: Created by Edward Mannix, this method focuses on healing the inner child through deep self-compassion.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy: For those whose emotional pain has not responded to other treatments, ketamine can offer a safe and effective path to healing. I am trained to guide this process responsibly and ethically.
Metabolic Health: What we eat profoundly affects our mood and well-being. Addressing nutrition, weight concerns, eating disorders, and related health issues provides a strong foundation for emotional healing.
